keep a weekly personal
Customer Service Journal. Each week, you will make 2 entries
regarding customer service
exchanges you have observed or participated in during the week.
Each entry should describe the
encounter, your role, how you felt, if anything should have been
handled differently, and how it
may relate to what you have studied in the book or discussed in
class.
Each week, you are required to write about 2 customer service
exchanges for a total of 16
journal entries for the course.
In each entry, fully describe the encounter, the role you
played, how you felt after the
experience, how it relates to the topics of the textbook and
discussions, and how it should
be handled differently to increase customer satisfaction.
Remember to provide well-detailed and specific examples.
Organize the content
appropriately, use proper writing mechanics, and above all, exhibit
a professional
manner.
Organize your final submission in a Microsoft Office® Word®
document. Categorize the
entries by week. Include a cover page and a reference page for any
sources cited in your
journal entries.
The journal must be presented using the APA 6th edition style
guidelines located in the “Tools &
Resources” navigational tab in Blackboard. Cite all references in
your paper using the correct
APA (6th edition) style. Format your paper using Times New Roman
12-point font with oneinch margins on all sides (top, bottom, left,
and right)
